Mobile Ticketing
On arrival, just imagine you can go straight to the mountain railway, no standing in long queues……. at the cash point! Yes, this is now possible with SWATCH Snowpass or the SKIDATA KeyCard. All that’s required is a one-time registration (Please note, this service is only available for youngsters from 16 years on and adults). Make sure you have a mobile phone from a Swiss provider, the data carrier (SWATCH Snowpass or SKIDATA KeyCard) as well as a credit card ready (Visa or MasterCard) or PostFinance Mobile Payment to which the tickets can be charged.
As soon as the registration has been finalised, your mobile phone can be used for purchasing tickets. The ticket can only be purchased on the actual day or on the previous day after 17:00 hrs. In the winter season the following tickets can be booked:
- 1, 2 and 6 day ticket Zermatt
- 1, 2 and 6 day ticket International
2. Send a SMS or call...
To start the order process, you can either dial the free number 058-958 90 50 (no one answers – the offer is transmitted immediately by SMS) or, send a SMS with text ZERMATT to the number 363. Follow the SMS instructions and send your answers directly to the number 363. Mobile-tickets are currently available for clients with Swiss contracts only.
3. User-administration
Direct access to your data management. For changes of the data carrier number (SWATCH Snowpass or SKIDATA KeyCard) or the Elvia-Snowsport-Insurance, please email the requested change to
info (at) xsmart.ch. The following information is required: Mobile phone number, actual data carrier number and required change.
