Trade-Webshop

The new Trade-Webshop digitalizes and simplifies the booking process for partners. Starting from the winter season 2025/26, the webshop will be available for the first time to partners in the ski segment. Additional products, especially within the excursion segment, will be introduced gradually.

All information regarding the next steps and the activation of further segments will be communicated continuously.

The Trade-Webshop is exclusively available to contractual partners of Zermatt Bergbahnen and enables efficient, digital processing of bookings and orders. Existing partners as well as interested new customers who wish to book via the Trade-Webshop in the future can find the most important questions and answers below regarding access, usage, and available products.

  • Faster and simpler booking processes: less administrative work
  • Greater flexibility when purchasing tickets: tickets can now be purchased at all ticket machines operated by Zermatt Bergbahnen (Matterhorn Glacier Paradise valley station & Sunnegga-Rothorn valley station), the Gornergrat Bahn (Gornergrat valley station) and the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn (Täsch station)
  • Prices in real time: mixed tariffs for cross-season bookings are calculated automatically and no longer require a prior enquiry
  • 24/7 access to the webshop: Bookings can be made at any time, regardless of opening hours
  • Better overview and control: full transparency of all bookings made in your user account
  • Reduction in paper consumption: more sustainable and environmentally friendly thanks to the elimination of physical documents

  • Log in at https://trade.matterhornparadise.ch/en.

  • Select the desired ticket, start date, and duration.

  • Add any available insurance or ticket options, if applicable.

  • Enter the number of tickets per age category.

  • Add the tickets to your shopping cart.

  • Personalize the tickets.

  • Complete the booking by making payment (according to your contractual agreement).

  • After a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice as a PDF.

When the contract is signed, each partner receives their personal login details for the trade-webshop. As it is a web-based solution, you do not need any additional hardware or software - only Internet access is required.
