Redemption

"Even more Zermatt" vouchers can be redeemed online in the web shop or at Zermatt Bergbahnen AG sales points (Matterhorn Glacier Paradise & Sunnegga-Rothorn). Please note the information on the respective voucher. 

Exceptions

• The Friends' Ticket can only be redeemed at the sales points on presentation of your season ticket or annual pass.
• For the ski areas of the Ikon Pass you receive a promo code in order to book your 7-days Ikon Pass. Please redeem your promo code by e-mail Zermatt@ikonpass.com or on the phone (+1-833-978-2490). You choose in which ski area you will pick up your Ikon Pass.
