The Ferdinand is not only a culinary, but an architectural highlight of the trendy resort, where Alpine tradition embraces contemporary lifestyle. The Ferdinand will focus on local and Swiss products such as cheese with the AOP label for raclette and fondue dishes and high-quality organically farmed meat. And we serve a wide range of great wines exclusively from the Valais region.
