Event tip: Perskindol Swiss Epic
In September every year, all eyes in the MTB scene are on Zermatt and the Perskindol Swiss Epic, a six-day mountain bike stage race. The five stages take bikers on a course through Switzerland’s Alpine peaks. Depending on a competitor’s racing category, the ride covers 300 to 400 kilometres and between 8,000 and 15,000 metres of altitude. But the goal is the same for everybody: Zermatt. The pictures: simply epic!
