More protection, flexibility and predictability
Additional insurance
To help you plan your stay at Matterhorn Paradise with greater certainty, optional ticket insurance policies are available. These offer additional cover in the event of unforeseen circumstances and can be added directly when purchasing your ticket or season pass.
The insurance options provide suitable cover for each ticket or pass. Depending on the ticket or season pass, two options are available with different benefits. This allows you to choose the insurance cover that best suits your stay.
The scope of cover varies depending on the specific supplementary insurance policy. A key benefit is the pro rata refund of ticket costs, ski lesson fees and ski equipment rental costs.
In the case of a pro rata refund, the unused portion of the ticket or pass is refunded on a proportional basis. This applies if the relevant insurance has been purchased and the service cannot be used due to illness, accident or death of the insured person or a close relative.
Certain weather conditions are also covered if skiing at Matterhorn Ski Paradise is not possible or not reasonable due to storms, avalanche risk or excessive snowfall.
